Furqan has been associated with TPL for over 17 years and has served the group in various positions. He joined TPL as Software Engineer and over the years worked hard and diligently to get to this level.
Furqan is currently leading the Software function of Information Technology department and has over the years worked on multiple initiatives and projects which has led and significantly contributed to TPL securing top position in the market with regards to software development. Furqan has in depth knowledge and understanding of CRM & ERP Projects, Mobile Applications, Software Architect and Integration’s approach to optimize business process by cost and time and has successfully completed the Software Implementation of Oracle ERP, CRM, HRMS, Core Systems & Tracking apps across the group. He managed the program & project management of various technology projects across the group and was involved in designing and customizing the Management & MIS reports for the Senior Management & Leadership team. He has been responsible for the development of strategic initiatives concerning information technology, implementation and support of IT systems, architecture, systems reliability, software application development & implementation, hardware acquisitions and support datacenter & call center solutions.
He oversees oversee the functions of Software development, IT Infrastructure and Information ecurity with a vision and strategy that will introduce optimization in terms of efficiency and cost. He will also be working on the IT Governance, IT strategic management, business intelligence and digital initiatives & transformation alongside with the businesses.
