Through the agreement, TPL acquired 100% ownership to bring Life Insurance under its umbrella. Effective July 16, 2016 AsiaCare Health and Life Insurance Company has been reintroduced as TPL Life Insurance Limited. With low insurance penetration in the country, TPL Life aims to grow the market by providing innovative life and health insurance products based on global standards.
